Oral Presentation Instruction and Details

  • Each presenter has a 12-minute slot for delivering a presentation. An additional 3 minutes are designed for  questions and answers.
  • 14th ACOMFR Kaohsiung provides a Speaker Preview Room (Room B206) where you can submit a copy of your PowerPoint or PDF presentation file at least 24 hours before  your scheduled presentation. Alternatively, you can also upload your presentation file to the Google Drive link provided below and test it in the Review Room during the conference.

  • The screen ratio of the KMU International Convention Center is 16:9.
  • To ensure seamless transitions, presenters are required to use the 14 th ACOMFR Kaohsiung-supplied computer; personal laptops are not permitted.

 

E-Poster Presentation Instruction and Details

Presenter(s) use a e-poster board format to present their research. Text, illustrations, tables and graphs may be included. A presenter must remain at the poster throughout the entire session. Session date and time will be provided via email prior to the 14th ACOMFR Meeting.  

  • Deadline: From now until May 31, based on the date of sending the file, overdue will not beaccepted.
  • File Format: Please use PowerPoint to edit and convert to PDF file.
  • Straight size: Hight 142 cm, Width 80 cm. (template download)


(A) Research/ clinical Topic needs to have:

  • Objective
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results and Discussion and
  • Conclusion (optional).


(B) Case report needs to have:

  • Introduction
  • Case Presentation
  • Discussion

  • If there is an image, the resolution must beat least 300 dpi (When the file is magnified by 2x, the pictures are still clear)
  •  Convert it to a PDF file for storage, please use the e-poster number provided by the Secretary (ex. P001 + the name of the presenter (Last name+ first &middle name, there is no space in the middle, for example: P001 Tu Minggene, P002 Lee Peggy) as the file name.
  • Submission method: Please use your account Log in to find the registration system, find the upload link at the bottom of the My Profile page, then do your PDF file uploading.
